Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to conclude the above said appeals and pass suitable orders on the petitioner's three appeals vide RTI Appeal Nos. 26429 of 2013, 25702 of 2013 and 26571 of 2013 filed on 07.07.2013 and 10.06.2013 respectively, pending before the respondent herein.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondent to conclude the Second Appeal Nos. 26429, 25702 and 26571 of 2013 dated 07.07.2013 filed by the Petitioner, which is pending before the First Respondent.

It is informed by the Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent that the said appeals have been disposed by orders dated 08.01.2014, 08.10.2013 and 25.07.2013 respectively and produced the copies of the same, which are placed on record.

In view of the subsequent developments, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
