Order The petitioner proposed to participate in a tender called by the respondent. Her staff approached the respondents and requested them to issue a Site Visiting Certificate, which is necessary enclosure to participate in the tender. As the same has not been issued, the petitioner is before this Court. 2.When the matter was mentioned this morning, I informed Ms.Athiniveda, to serve papers on Mr.Ramesh. Mr.Ramesh has been instructed by the Superintendent Engineer, Special Project Department, Chennai, Greater Chennai Corporation that the corrigendum has been issued. The same is scanned and extracted hereunder:

3. Mr.Ramesh states that the Corrigendum has been issued extending the late date for Site Visit request till 17.02.2026 and for issuance of the Site Visiting Certificate by 19.02.2026. Hence, the Site Visit Certificate for the petitioner will be issued by 18.02.2026. His statement is recorded. Writ Petition has been disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
