..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to recover the compensation amount of Rs.8,50,796/- with 12% interest awarded in the Award dated 18.12.2015 and amended Award dated 29.01.2016 made in E.C.No.6 of 2013 passed by the 2nd respondent by proceeding with the revenue recovery action taken in reference R.P.No.5116 (7209/2016) dated 13.04.2016 against the 3rd respondent by considering my representation dated 27.07.2017.
