When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.53 of 2025, registered under Section 305(a) of the BNS, for committing the theft of copper wires. He further submitted that the petitioner was not harassed during the course of investigation and that his presence is required for further investigation. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to cooperate in the investigation. 24.02.2026 ham To 1.
