These two applications have been filed on the misconception that the defendants have committed default in the payment of rent to the Recurring Deposit Account, as directed by order dated 22.02.2010. 2.On 16.06.2025, this Court had directed the Manager, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, to verify the Recurring Deposit Account and inform whether there has been regular deposit in the Recurring Deposit Account No.6204295863, which stands to the credit of C.S.No.5 of 2010. 3.The parties had examined the recurring deposit statement of accounts and they found that instead of depositing every month to the recurring deposit account, the amount to a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- had been deposited in the Registry to the credit of the suit. There has been no default, but only deposit in the wrong account.

In view of the above, these applications have become redundant and they stand closed.
