(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in No.580847/ Thaku/2/ 2025 by the 3rd respondent dated 07.02.2025 and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to grant 30 days ordinary leave without escort to the petitioner's husband Bernatsha Rajkumar, S/o.Aaseervatham, Convict No.7572 and PID No.173748 who is currently lodged in Central Prison-I, Puzhal, Chennai.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public prosecutor for the respondents and have perused the
materials available on record.
3. It is seen that the Probation Officer has not recommended the case of the petitioner for grant of leave since his conduct was not satisfactory. As such, we are not inclined to consider the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
