Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent herein namely the Principal Secretary/the State Commissioner for the Differently Abled, K.K.Nagar, Chennai-600 078, charge memo bearing No.10174/CP.1/2012 dated 10.07.2013, the proceedings of the first respondent herein namely the Principal Secretary/State Commissioner for the Differently Abled, K.K.Nagar, Chennai-600 078, bearing S.Mu.Na.Ka.No.10174/C.P./2014 dated 26.02.2015 quash the above said two orders as non-est in the eye of law and consequently, direct the first respondent herein to treat the period of suspension of the petitioner from 04.01.2013 to the date of reinstatement into service on 08.03.2015 as one of duty for all practical purposes and pay the admissible pay and allowances for the said period with service, attendant and monetary benefit and pay the arrears arising out of such fixation within a short date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
