ORDER

(made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The matter pertains to the putting up of unauthorised advertisement hoarding at North Parade Road.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the first respondent Cantonment Board that the unauthorised hoarding has been taken down on February 18, 2021.

3. In view of such submission, nothing survives in the petition. W.P.No.6672 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

4. In the unlikely event that the hoarding is found to still be standing, it will be open to the writ petitioner to apply for the present proceedings to be revived.
