2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to poverty, the petitioners could not mobile the fund and also due to Covid-19, the petitioners could not approach the Court in time. 3.Considering the submission and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the petition is ordered as prayed for. 16.03.2021 rst Note:Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
