2.Pursuant to the Orders passed by this Court, it is seen that the Director General of Police, Madhuranthagam Sub-Division has conducted an enquiry and found that the petitioner's family members are not confined in illegal custody by the villagers. The learned Counsel for the petitioner also submitted that after the intervention of police, the family members of the petitioner are release.
