ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the respondent to expedite the investigation to find and 1/4

recover the petitioner's car bearing registration No.TN 12 AJ 7891 Renault Triber RXL (Red Colour) in Crime No.01 of 024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that this Court, by an order dated 24.01.2025, had already directed the investigating agency to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.01 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 1764 of 2025 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Therefore, no further order is required to expedite the investigation.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
