These applications are filed to condone the delay of 46 days in carrying out the amendment as ordered in Application Nos.1386, 1389 and 1392 of 2016 respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the delay is condoned and these applications are allowed.

4.Two weeks time is granted for carrying out the amendment.
