This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.5(2) that "the petitioner shall deposit the original invoice or bill of the phone with the concerned Magistrate" imposed in Crl.R.C.No.1116 of 2025 dated 18.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the mobile phone was purchased long back, the petitioner is not in possession of the original bill or invoice. Therefore, the condition directing the petitioner to produce the original bill or invoice for returning the mobile phone has become impossible of compliance. In such view of the position, this Court would like to modify the condition to that extent.

Hence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in condition No.5(2) that "the petitioner shall deposit the original invoice or bill of the phone with the concerned Magistrate" is relaxed.
