The Advocate Commissioner has filed his report along with memo for additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/-.

2. Considering the nature of work, the memo is allowed. The plaintiff is directed to pay the additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner directly. On such payment, the Advocate Commissioner shall return key to the plaintiff to take possession of the infringement material for destruction.
