O R D E R

This petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to take an action against the respondents 3 to 6, on the basis of the written representation made by the petitioner on 14.08.2024. 2.

On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the first respondent forwarded the petitioner's complaint dated 14.08.2024 to the second respondent and the same is pending for enquiry. 3.

Considering the above submissions, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.08.2024, which was forwarded by the first respondent, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, dispose the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
