This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.43 of 2024 on the file of the 1/4

second respondent to any competent authority and to lay a final report within a stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.T.Muruganantham, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. It is seen from records that the First Information Report itself has been registered only on 14.02.2024. This Court does not find any ground to transfer the investigation in the case. If the investigation does not progress properly in this case, it is left open to the petitioner to revive his claim at a later point of time.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
