This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register a case based on the complaint dated 04.05.2016 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the opposite party is a tenant under him and that it is a oral tenancy. While so, the opposite party has fabricated a rental agreement dated 28.08.2006, as if it was executed by the petitioner. In this regard, a complaint dated 04.05.2016 is pending with the second respondent.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the second respondent police along https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, enclosing a copy of the rental agreement. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
