Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to hear and dispose of the Representation dated 08.02.2022, pertaining to issue a legal heirship certificate of Mrs.Annammal, Wife of Late Elumalai based on the finding of the Village Administrative Officer issued under Village Administrative Officer Certificate dated 10.12.2009 in accordance to law and consequentially thereby directing the 2nd respondent to issue a legal heirship certificate of Late Mrs.Annammal, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
