O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1075 of 2024 dated 12.02.2024 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram and extend the time for furnishing sureties as directed in the order in Crl.M.P.No.2895 of 2023, dated 17.04.2023.

2. Heard Mr.N.Sivaraman, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to comply with the condition by producing sufficient sureties within a period of one (1) week from today. On such compliance, the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2895 of 2023, dated 17.04.2023, shall be restored. On failure to comply, the dismissal order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1075 of 2024 dated 12.02.2024 will come into effect.
