2. A.No.1291 of 2023 has been filed to implead the applicant/ defendant as a party respondent in the above Application No.21 of 2023 in C.S.No.7 of 2023.

3. A.No.1293 of 2023 has been filed to implead the applicant/ 9th defendant as a party

respondent in the above Application No.21 of 2023 in C.S.No.7 of 2023.

4. A.No.1294 of 2023 has been filed to implead the applicant/ 9th defendant as a party respondent in the above Application No.22 of 2023 in C.S.No.7 of 2023.

5. Mr.S.Thanka Sivan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that he has no objection in allowing these application.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these applications and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents has no objection in allowing the present applications and being satisfied with the same, these applications are ordered as prayed for.

8. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments to the cause title in the applications.
