(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent for some time.

2. In view of the relief sought for in the writ petition, we are of the view that notice to private parties shall be dispensed with.

3. It appears that O.A. was filed before the Tribunal way back in the year 2012 challenging the selection process for promotion alleging that there is some discrimination. So far, it has not been adjudicated by the Central Administrative Tribunal.

4. In the facts and circumstances, we direct the Central Administrative Tribunal to dispose of the matter, on merits and in accordance with law, within another four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order so that the there would not be any break in the continuous flow of promotional activities.
