(CRIME NO.58 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend time by two weeks to comply with the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.4642 of 2022 on 28.02.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PRADEEP RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4642 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 01.04.2022, to the petitioners to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
