O R D E R

The Principal Labour Court, Vellore, in the petition filed by the workman / second respondent herein, has passed the impugned order dated 20.12.2011, in C.P.No.166 of 2011, directed the management to pay a sum of Rs.72,891/- to the second respondent herein, towards difference of pay for the period from 01.10.2007 to 31.12.2010 and to implement the 12(3) settlement. 2. When this award was challenged by the management in this writ petition, this Court had passed an interim order of stay on 13.12.2012, subject to the condition of the management depositing 50% of the award amount to the credit of the first respondent / labour court.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / management that the conditional order has been complied with, by depositing 50% of the award amount and that the matter has been settled between the parties.

4. Under the circumstances, the petitioner / management is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by them to the credit of the labour Court, pursuant to the conditional order dated 13.12.2012 , along with accrued interest, if any. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
