O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice ) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned Government Advocate states that out of 21 petitioners, in respect of 10 petitioners, the order has been complied with and in respect of 11 petitioners, they are already drawing more pay or equal pay while applying G.O.Ms.No.234, School Education Department, dated 10.9.2009. The said statement is taken on record.

3. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners have not received any such proceedings as of now. The copy of the said proceedings be communicated to the individual petitioners. If the petitioners are not satisfied with the said proceedings, it is open for them to challenge the same in separate proceedings.

4. In view of the aforesaid, we close the contempt proceedings.
