ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 436, 379 of IPC and Section 21 (i) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Cr.No.376 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This Court vide order dated 28.01.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.1582 of 2020 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the very same crime number, however, the petitioner without complying the conditions imposed therein has filed this criminal original petition.

3.Since anticipatory bail has already been granted to the petitioner in the very same crime number, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in this petition. However, this Court grants further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to the petitioner, to comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 28.01.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.1582 of 2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
