2. In earlier, as against the respondents herein, one Shanthikrishnan has filed a Summary Suit in Summary Suit No.413 of 2018 (A) and seeking the relief of direction, directing the defendants to pay a sum of Rs.2,27,63,585/-.

3. When at the time, the suit was posted for cross examination of P.W.1, the said Shanthikrishnan, who was the plaintiff in the said suit, was died. Thereafter, his legal representatives are filed this application praying to implead them, as parties to the proceedings in the place of the plaintiff.

4. Hence, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed. R.PONGIAPPAN, J.
