ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) states that the petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered by the respondent Police in Crime No.342 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307, 506(ii) of IPC alleged to have occurred on 05.03.2022. 2. Considering the health condition of the injured person, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
