ORDER

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed on the ground that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the order dated 9 September 2014 rendered in W.P.No.378 of

2014 has not been complied with by the respondent. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General submits that the Government will expedite the pending recommendations made in respect of sanction of retirement benefits due to the petitioner before the Office of the Accountant General so that the consequential benefits can be given to the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition.

Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
