Captioned WMP i.e., WMP No.6853 of 2020 has been filed with a prayer to condone the delay of 94 days in filing aforementioned Review Application, seeking review of order dated 27.08.2019 in WMP No.25119 of 2019. The reason for delay has been articulated in paragraph-2 of the affidavit filed in support of captioned WMP. As both aforementioned counsel do not have any serious contest regarding the prayer for condonation of delay, it may not be necessary to delve in detail into the reasons set out in paragraph-2 of the affidavit filed in support of captioned WMP.

This Court having perused the affidavit filed in support of captioned WMP, having heard aforementioned learned counsel on both sides, is satisfied that it is acceding to the prayer for condonation of delay would be reasonable.
