This Criminal Original Petition is filed alleging that the 2nd respondent is not properly investigating the complaint given by the petitioner and therefore, wants to change the enquiry officer. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the enquiry in the complaint is almost completed and within a week final report will be filed. 3.

In the light of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as devoid of merits.
