i) W.M.P. No.6683 of 2023 has been filed to substitute the 4th petitioner therein as 4th petitioner in W.P. No.1852 of 2017. (ii) W.M.P. No.12184 of 2024 has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 and 2 as legal heirs of the deceased petitioner viz., R. Jeevanandam and (iii) W.M.P. No.14143 of 2024 has been filed to implead the petitioner / proposed respondent as respondent in W.P. No.1852 of 2017.

2) Heard the learned counsel for the respective petitioners.

3) Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of respective petitions, these petitions are allowed.

4) Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the case on 17.10.2024.
