ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.3075 of 2014 by order dated 03.02.2014, directed the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioners on

par with their juniors as Forest Watchers within a period of twelve weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 03.02.2014 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader (Forest) appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 16.03.2017 issued by the Principal Secretary to the Government.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
