The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17382 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that since the parties did not appear for the enquiry, the respondent police was not able to take any further action in this case.

3.The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 12.06.2024 at 11.00 A.M. The respondent police is directed to enquire the petitioner and proceed further in line with the directions issued in Crl.O.P.No.17382 of 2023 at paragraph No.3 and take decision within a period of two (2) weeks.
