ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Kallakurichi to dispose of the case in CMP.No.1282 of 2020 within a stipulated period.

Heard Mr.A.Prabhakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of first respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Kallakurichi, to expedite the hearing in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CMP.No.1282 of 2020 and complete the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
