ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Counsel for petitioner states that the bank has been reasonably fair to him and petitioner has made a fresh proposal to the bank to give a reduction in the interest component payable.

2. Counsel for the bank states his instructions are that the fresh proposal has been rejected.

3. Counsel for petitioner states that in view of the statement made by

counsel for respondent, he will advise petitioner to meet the bank officials and re-present a proposal. Counsel states, in view thereof, petition be disposed of.
