ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for Certiorari to quash the entire records connected with the impugned order in R.No.9432792/E4/S1/2025, dated 14.02.2025 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that in view of the impugned order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6271 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025, the transfer and posting orders issued against the petitioner was cancelled vide order of the 1st respondent dated 23.02.2025 and the petitioner is continuing his work in the present place. Hence the cause raised in the present writ petition become infructuous.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 2/4

respondents has submitted the order passed by the 1st respondent in R.No.9432792/E4/S1/2025, Office of the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Chennai, dated 23.02.2025.
