J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that sole respondent had died. Even till date, the appellants failed to take any steps to bring legal heirs of the deceased respondent. It shows that the appellants have no interest to proceed further in this matter.

Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. It is open to the appellants, if they are so advised to proceed in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
