ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to aside the fair order and decretal order dated 19.12.2022 passed in EP.No.60 of 2020 in COS.No.172/1981 on the file of the District Munsif, Panruti.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the execution petition itself got terminated as on 12.06.2023, matter has become infructuous. She also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
