ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.06.2015 and investigate the case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 9.6.2015 by post to the third respondent. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint together with a Doctor Certificate to the third Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.
