This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.30476 of 2013 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 02.12.2013.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that even prior to obtaining direction, contempt of which is informed, the petitioner had moved a complaint before Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram and upon direction u/s. 156

(3) Cr.P.C, a case stood registered in Crime No.1470/2013 for offences u/s. 405,415,441,506(ii) IPC on the file of the second respondent. The said position was indeed not informed to this court. Considering the said submission, this contempt petition shall stand closed.
