This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to give police protection to enter into the petitioner's village and to lead a peaceful life, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.05.2016.
2. The petitioner has given a complaint stating she was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
threatened by her relatives and hence sought for police protection.
3. Now, almost three years have lapsed and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
