The petitioner has challenged the Order passed by the Election Tribunal/Principal District Judge, Vellore in the Election Original Petition in Election O.P.No.6 of 2011. The petitioner is an unsuccessful candidate in the Election, held on 19.10.2011. 2.

The Original Petition in the Election Original Petition No.6 of 2011, filed by the petitioner, was dismissed by the Principal District Judge, Vellore. Challenging the said order, she has filed the above Civil Revision Petition.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.T. Jayaramaraj, learned Government Advocate submitted that the term of Local Bodies have come to end on 24.10.2016 and that the
