ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.298 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent or to any other investigating agency for fair and proper investigation and to file the final report in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that this Court in CrlOP No.1828 of 2015, had directed the respondent police to complete the investigation and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file final report in Crime No.298 of 2014 on or before 30.06.2015. 4.It is the case of the petitioner/defacto complainant that the police have not even enquired her till date and therefore, she sought for transfer of investigation.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the respondent police, submitted that the police had issued enquiry notice to the defacto complainant and she has not responded by appearing before them.

6.Under such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner/defacto complainant to appear before the respondent police 29.06.2015 onwards and submit all the documents, that are necessary for the investigation and co-operate with the same. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
