2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, states that so far no complaints have been received. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaints were sent through RPAD and that he received acknowledgement cards.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh complaints before the second respondent on a fresh cause of action. 3/5
