ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent, to further investigate in Crime No.1010 of 2021.
2. The case of the petitioner is that on 15.07.2021, the petitioner along with his family members had gone to attend the 40th day ceremony of his relative who died few days back. On 16.07.2021, the petitioner's neighbour one Ramesh had informed the petitioner that his house door was open. Thereby, the petitioner along with his family members returned house on 17.07.2021 and he had found that the entrance gate lock and door of his house was broken and iron safe was also broken and the jewelery belonging to the family was stolen by somebody.
3. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent had registered a case in Crime No.1010 of 2021 on 17.07.2021 for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of I.P.C. The investigation in this case is still pending. Meanwhile, on 06.03.2022, the petitioner and his wife had seen that their neighbor one Noorjahan wearing the Jewels belonging to the petitioner's wife and he also came to know that his neighbor namely Noorjahan son's who are unemployed had purchased three motor cycles and new mobile phones and were leading a luxurious life. Taking note of this, the petitioner immediately had sent a representation to the respondent police to include the above said persons as accused in Crime No.1010 of 2021, however, no investigation has been done on those inputs.

Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had sent representation to the Investigation Officer who is now investigating this case and he would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be taken into consideration and the investigation will be carried out based on the representation given by the petitioner and the final report will be filed as expeditiously possible.
5. Recording the same, this Court directs the respondent to take into consideration the representation of the petitioner and to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above direction and observation.
