C.M.P.No.4467 of 2022 in Tr.C.M.P.No.312 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petition is filed seeking substituted services since the attempts of the petitioner to serve the 2nd respondent at the last known address has not been successful. The petition is allowed. Substituted service shall be effected in all the three modes.

2. The petitioner shall effect publication in one issue of "Malai Malar" a Tamil daily, for the hearing date i.e., 06.04.2022. The publication shall be effected 10 days prior to the date of hearing. The Registry is directed to post the matter on 06.04.2022.
