ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.01.2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.28 of 2019, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner said to have murdered the deceased in the prison.

3. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he has involved in 8 previous cases similar in nature. If the petitioner is released on bail, he may commit similar type of offence.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence and also the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and already involved in 8 previous cases similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
