This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.11.2013 forwarded through the Ambassador of India, Doha, Qatar, addressed to the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondents have not received the complaint, since earlier this petitioner's father was called for enquiry before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Land Grabbing Cell and he was advised to approach the Local Police Station.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to give a fresh complaint in person to the Inspector of Police, Adambakkam Police Station, Adambakkam, Chennai and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
