This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9919 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5832 of 2023 dated 24.07.2023 concerned the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month 1st working day of english calendar month at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
