ORDER

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 326(a) of BNS Act, 2023 read with Section 21(1) of Mines & Minerals ( Development &

Regulation ) Act, 1957 in Crime No.221 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 02.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32986 of 2025 on the following reasons: "6. Considering the fact that huge quantity of the river sand has been transported by the petitioner and cause damage to river bed and ecology, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
